Welcome to Arranged by Alia! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with us. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Refunds and Returns

We take great pride in the quality of our flowers and arrangements. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

  • The product is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

  • You have contacted us within 24 hours of delivery or collection to report an issue, providing clear photographic evidence.

We reserve the right to review claims on a case-by-case basis.

2. Natural Variations in Flowers

Flowers are a natural product, and variations in color, size, and appearance are to be expected. While we strive to replicate the designs shown in our images, the final arrangement may differ slightly due to seasonal availability, stock limitations, or individual flower characteristics.

3. Substitutions

In the event that a specific flower or foliage is unavailable, we will substitute it with a suitable alternative, ensuring the overall design and aesthetic of the arrangement remain consistent.

4. Delivery and Collection

  • Delivery: Hand delivery is available within Manchester for a fee of £10. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. If an incorrect address is provided, we may not be able to reattempt delivery, and additional charges may apply.

  • Collection: Orders can be collected from our location in M5, subject to the availability specified in our "Delivery & Collection" information page.

5. Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Care Instructions

To ensure your flowers remain fresh and beautiful for as long as possible, please follow these care tips:

  1. Water and Hydration:

    • For handheld bouquets, place the stems in water immediately upon receipt.

    • Change the water every 2-3 days, ensuring the vase is clean to prevent bacterial growth.

    • Hatbox bouquets are designed with water-soaked floral foam inside to keep the flowers hydrated - check the floral foam daily and top it up with a small amount of water if it feels dry to the touch. Pour water gently into the center of the arrangement to avoid overfilling.

  2. Trimming the Stems:

    • Trim 1-2 cm off the stems at an angle using clean scissors. This increases the surface area for water absorption.

    • Repeat this process when refreshing the water to maintain hydration.

  3. Optimal Placement:

    • Keep your flowers in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources (e.g., radiators), and cold drafts.

    • Avoid placing flowers near ripening fruits, as they release ethylene gas, which can cause flowers to wilt faster.

  4. Removing Wilted Flowers:

    • Remove any wilted or drooping flowers promptly, as they can release bacteria that affect the freshness of the remaining arrangement.

We are not responsible for flowers that perish due to improper care after delivery or collection, so we strongly encourage you to follow these guidelines to get the most out of your bouquet. If you have any questions about caring for your flowers, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help!

7. Liability

We are not liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information to process your order and communicate with you regarding your purchase. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Allergies and Safety

  • Some flowers or foliage in our arrangements may cause allergic reactions. If you or the recipient have any known allergies, please inform us at the time of ordering.

  • Certain flowers and plants may be toxic to pets and children; please keep arrangements out of reach where necessary.

10. Delivery Timing and Responsibility

  • We strive to deliver orders within the specified timeframe, but delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control (e.g., traffic or weather).

  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, we may leave the flowers in a safe location or with a neighbour. In such cases, we are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
